TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your attendance in the Workshop/Training, and can cancel 30 days prior to the start date, we will refund your tuition less a $150.00 administration fee.
If you must cancel fewer than 30 days before the start of the Workshop/Training, we will refund 75% of your tuition. Alternately, you may transfer to another REDucation workshop/training for full credit (one transfer per student per calendar year). Refunds or exchanges must be settled prior to the start of the workshop.
In the rare event Createasphere must cancel a workshop, we will notify you 15 days prior to the start of the workshop/training and will either transfer your registration to another workshop date or refund the full amount of your tuition. In the event of a cancellation, HD EXPO/Createasphere is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or miscellaneous expenses.
Meals:
Createasphere offers snacks and a catered lunch during a workshop. Please inform us of any food concerns prior to the start of the workshop so we may accommodate you.
Photography:
By attending an Createasphere workshop/training, you agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded on tape, and allow us to use your image in any manner or media for the purpose of advertising and promotion, without compensation, further notice or consent.
If you would like to record the workshop using any media (Stills, Video, or Audio), you must receive written permission prior to the commencement of the workshop by contacting HD EXPO/Createasphere at info@REDucation.net, or 818.842.6611.
Workshop & Training manuals:
All participants will receive a digital manual on a thumb drive. If you would like to purchase a printed version, please contact our office to order – 818 842 6611.
Travel and Accommodations:
Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. As a courtesy, and where possible, Createasphere will assist with recommendations and discounted rates.
